Facilitating Career Development

The Facilitating Career Development Curriculum, based on 12 essential career development competencies, equips practitioners providing career assistance in a variety of settings with foundational knowledge and skills. Provided by a nationally trained and qualified instructor, the program consists of a minimum of 120 hours of coursework and professional development. Individuals who successfully complete the program are eligible to apply for the National Career Development Association’s (NCDA) Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP) credential.
Course price includes student manual, the administration of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Strong Interest Inventory, and is tailored to each individual’s learning goals. This course is completed over four months, primarily online, and consists of 24 hours of video conferencing scheduled throughout the course.
